Next Day Orders must be placed before 1pm to be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day. (Please note: Although 97-99% deliveries are made on time, we can not always guarantee Next Working Day so please order as early in advance as possible)
The delivery address that you provide us with, is where your order will be delivered, so please ensure that you provide us with the correct details at the checkout stage.
We do not currently deliver to PO box addresses.
If a delivery cannot be made the parcel may be returned to us. In the case of this happening, we will automatically refund the order minus the postage cost.
Next Day deliveries must be placed before 12pm and aim to be delivered the next working day. Next day services, although between 97-99% successful are not guaranteed.
Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland
We always use a courier service to deliver our goods as we want the safest and most efficient method of shipping to our customers. We have secured the best possible prices from the couriers we use to be able to ship to these areas.
Postage is calculated on destination and weight of goods, you may be contacted after your order is placed to make extra payment for shipping.
Reporting Damages & Missing Items
If you receive your order and their happens to be damages to your goods or anything missing from your order, this needs to be reported to us within 3 working days of receipt of the goods. Cancellation of Orders
If you wish to cancel your order after placing please contact us as soon as possible. We can not guarantee that we can cancel your order if it has already been processed, we strive to provide an extremely efficient service so your order may have already been dispatched. In this case, you would have to either refuse the parcel at the point of delivery or return to us at your own cost.
When we receive your parcel back to us we will refund the cost of goods minus the postage, if the order qualified for free postage we will deduct 4.99 from the refund to cover the return postage.
We cannot guarantee that we can alter orders after they have been placed as our system is fully automated and your order will have already started to be processed.
Restrictions on Goods
Items such as knives, bladed articles, liqueur chocolates, alcohol, Christmas crackers, party-poppers and similar have restrictions by placing an order you confirm that you are over the age of 18.
Overseas orders may be refused or adjusted if the destination country has restrictions on the goods ordered, or where the carrier is unable to accept them (e.g. flammable substances).
